When requesting to get added to the campaign email group, please indicate if you would like to receive the previous Monthly Tips.
The campaign is intended to help residents prepare for disasters, in small manageable steps, over the course of a year and build a 72-hour go-bag on a budget.
Monthly Tips are emailed out to all participants (see attached May 2025 Monthly Tip & Hunting Home Hazards Activity).
Quarterly Pop-up Events with items people can add to their go-bag help with keeping costs down. Theses items are funded by SDCF CERT’s Listos CA CERT Support Grant (Cal OES).
San Diego County Fire CERT hosts this campaign every three (3) years.
