The League of Women Voters of San Diego is a non-partisan, grassroots organization that supports and opposes issues, but not candidates or political parties. It strives to protect, educate and engage voters, and it welcomes new members.

The League's Ballot Measure Recommendations

We make nonpartisan endorsements on ballot measures based on League principles and/or current League program positions, which are developed through our Program Planning process.

Recommendations on state propositions

Recommendations about state propositions on the November 3, 2026 ballot will be available after Labor Day.

RECOMMENDATIONS ON LOCAL AND COUNTY PROPOSITIONS:
There will be two County ballot measures on the November 3, 2026 ballot. The League recommendations on these will be available after September 21st.
